Meet the newlyweds…. Felicia & Zack Rodgers! For their special day their family and friends gathered at the Quail Ridge Lodge in Wentzville, MO, where they had both their ceremony and reception. I knew from their engagement session back in the fall that this was going to be a very lovely and very colorful day to photograph. As you can tell, Felicia’s favorite color is the happy color of PINK!!! The bridesmaid’s dresses, the flowers, the centerpieces, the boutonnieres, allllll the little details were pink, pink, and pink. With a little splash of orange. I loved that she even wore a pink petticoat under her dress! So fun. During the bride and groom portraits, for a personal touch, they put on their cowboy boots and we got some funky, one of a kind shots. I always wish we had more time!!! I could have photographed the two of them for hours. It was party time though, so we headed back to the reception where their guests were ready to eat and let the celebrations commence!
